Return Period

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With original tags attached

Proof of Purchase

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging, to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Package the item securely and send it to the provided address. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-designed T-shirts
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support.teezania@gmail.com.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support.teezania@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage.
